About the event
Open bar, local history, and you.
Ready for the best night out in Queens?
Join us at King Manor Museum to experience Constitution & Cocktails, our annual fundraising celebration, on September 17 at 6:00 p.m.
Held at the historic King Manor in Jamaica, Queens, the evening brings together local history, music, and more:
✨ Open bar
🎶 Live music
🍴 Hors d’oeuvres
🎁 …and a few surprise the night of as well!
And in a city where a few cocktails and appetizers can easily cost more than the ticket, Constitution & Cocktails offers an incredible night out for just $150. A limited number of $200 VIP tickets are still available, and groups can reserve a table for six for only $500—less than $85 per person.
The event also offers a chance to discover one of Queens’ hidden cultural gems. King Manor Museum is the only historic house museum in Southeast Queens and preserves the former home of Rufus King, a signer of the United States Constitution, U.S. senator, diplomat, and outspoken antislavery advocate. Today, the museum uses King’s legacy and Queens’ local history to encourage civic engagement and critical conversations about democracy.
Each year, King Manor welcomes more than 14,000 visitors and provides hands-on educational experiences for over 7,000 New York City schoolchildren. Proceeds from Constitution & Cocktails help keep field trips, family festivals, cultural programs, exhibitions, and community workshops accessible to families throughout Queens.
