Pain Play for Everyone!

A beginner friendly workshop for everyone interested in exploring what pain means to them, what options there are and how to make it pleasurable (if you want it to be!).
In this workshop we will be doing a short guided pain exploration exercise. We will ask invite you to bring (if you want) a pain inducing tool of your choice
The class will cover:

An intro to pain and it’s cultural complexities: is all pain “bad”?
What is my body doing?
Some options and things you can do to cause pain.
What is pain processing?

Styles and approaches to pain
Strategies to process pain

To suffer for others, D/s and pain
Discipline and punishment as forms of exploring pain
Aftercare, drop and consent
Labbing demo from a somatic and narrative approach
