Absolutely not recommended; we were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the description did not match the actual condition. The only positive aspect was the easy key retrieval from the key box using a combination code. Now for the negative points: - An old office building that clearly shows its age, lacking charm and coziness. - A smoky apartment despite a sign indicating it was a non-smoking apartment. - Although the landlord owns a building cleaning service, it was extremely dirty. - There was dirt even in the drawers in the bedroom and the TV cabinet. - The sink was completely yellowed, and the kitchen sink cover was missing. - All four cooktop burners were heavily rusted and disgusting. - The PVC flooring in the kitchen had burn marks. - The television hummed loudly when in use, and the remote control only worked intermittently. - The glass panels in the balcony railing were loose and hanging halfway out, as if they were about to fall out. - The bathroom smelled musty, and the shower curtain was held on with five cable ties. The light above the mirror was missing. ... - The beds had mattresses that were only 5 cm thick, so back pain was inevitable. - The bed linens had holes and stains; we didn't feel comfortable at all. - The description failed to mention that the apartment is located directly under the airport's flight path. - There was no information about activities in the area. We cannot recommend this accommodation and will never return!
