Solo Mannheim

I visited this place with a friend and unfortunately had a negative experience. An extra charge was added to the bill without explanation, and the customer service was not good..

Disappointed with my experience. An extra charge was added to my bill without informing me beforehand. There was no clear explanation for this additional amount. Customers should always review their receipts carefully here. Transparency and honest billing should be a basic standard.

We come here regularly and absolutely love it. The service is fantastic, and there's always a great atmosphere. We've had many wonderful conversations and evenings here. I even celebrated my birthday here last year; the table reservation went completely smoothly, and we had a fantastic night. Non-queer people are also very welcome here; no one has to worry about being harassed. It's truly my favorite bar in Mannheim now 😊

It was very crowded yesterday and we had a great time. We'd love to do it again.

Unfortunately, the prices are way too high... The cocktails were small, and they still cost €8?! The staff didn't even wash their hands after using the urinal... seriously! My boyfriend and I drove all the way to Mannheim. It was definitely the last time. I'm happy to support the community, but like this? Nope... The service was friendly, but good service can be so much better... How many times do I have to repeat my order? Please take your job more seriously...
