Prevention Training for Volunteer Youth Workers

With our prevention training, we offer you the opportunity to gain knowledge and strategies for your volunteer work in youth work in a protected environment.
For many years, the Evangelical Youth has said "Not with us." Under this title, there are offers for prevention and dealing with sexualized violence within youth work. In the meantime, there are mandatory protection concepts in church communities and institutions, and training for all staff is an important area.
With our prevention training, we offer you the opportunity to gain knowledge and strategies for your volunteer work in youth work in a protected environment.
Among other things, we will focus on basic sensitization to the topic and questions such as What is sexualized violence? What strategies do perpetrators use? What principles are important in contact with those affected? And what should be done if there is a suspicion?
After participation, you will receive a confirmation that you can present to your church community or institution.
