Queerdenker* Meeting

The Queerdenker were founded in 2017 out of the desire of a few young people who lacked an open, colorful space for young queer people in Stuttgart. Back then, with little knowledge but twice as much passion, a small group of about ten people met at Schlossplatz to put an idea into action. Plans were made, names chosen, logos designed, and locations searched. After a few of these meetings and a lot of planning, we had a name (Queerdenker) and a place (CAFE RATZ Untertürkheim) and everything was ready to go. Our first meeting took place on October 15, 2017, and since then we have met once a month – always on the last Sunday of the month – at CAFE RATZ.
Our meetings are for all people from the LSBTTIQ+ community, but also for people who are not yet sure or are simply interested in the topic and would like to learn more about it. We offer an open space where, with a changing program of activities, the queer theme is (but not only!) offered, and where you can get to know yourself and others better!
