What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise Hotel Vesta for its exceptionally kind staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, and extensive wellness area with numerous pools and saunas. However, a common complaint points to the restaurant's food being very average, and one reviewer noted that a children's pool was unavailable due to cleaning.

Vesta Hotel was one of the most pleasant surprises for me recently. You could feel right from the moment you arrived that they really care about their guests – the staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The wellness area is a special highlight: the thermal water, pools and saunas are simply fantastic, providing perfect relaxation after a tiring week. The food was also excellent, with a wide selection and very delicious flavours – it is clear that they strive for quality. The environment is quiet, peaceful, ideal for recharging. Overall, I can only recommend it, we will definitely be back! 👌

Excellent for families! Beautiful surroundings, great pools. The buffet is also great. I can really only recommend it to those coming with children. What I would notice is that in the smaller room of the family apartment, where the children usually stay, there was no night light. We missed this a lot. Another negative thing is not the hotel's fault, but even the hotel can do something about it, which is that parents do not take their children to the changing room toilet, but carry them to the bushes next to the rest beds to do their chores. We were able to take the child to the toilet because it is in an absolutely central location, but many parents do not do this. No one from the hotel supervises anything. If we told them to take the child to the toilet, the mother shouted at us.

In the Vesta Bistro on the outdoor beach of Vesta Hotel, we were constantly charged extra fees: The price of 2 Baileys iced coffees is 3000 HUF according to the advertisement, but they charged 3100 HUF… as they said, the glass they put the drink in costs 50 HUF/piece. There is no such item on the sign…. 2 dl of soda costs 250 HUF…. According to the advertisement, it costs 50 HUF/dl. I don’t know how the math works, but it doesn’t add up. The worst part is that we never received a block or receipt for the items, even though we paid 4 times and there was a bank card transaction among them. Of course, the terminal was not turned towards me, so I can only hope that they didn’t charge more than the amount to be billed. Of course, I didn’t receive a copy of the bank card payment. Hamburger with sweet potato fries: about 15 minutes ago, a pile of completely stuck together, soggy blocks was taken out, from which the fries were inedible, because they had already become lumpy when they were standing. The formation called hamburger meat was an inedible frozen something, with a significant sawdust-like texture. The service is slow, 1 person was in front of me in line, and it took me more than 20 minutes to ask if the ice cream I chose was available. It wasn't 🤣 out of 15 varieties, it's good if 6 are available. We've been here a lot, but this is such a disappointment☹️🤬
