tip: Bi+ Discussion Group, theme: self-stigma

Do you sometimes feel like you haven't quite figured it out yet? That your real attraction will become clear at some point? Or that you might have just imagined your attraction? Do you sometimes think you're attracted to more than one gender for attention, rather than it being real?
Without us realizing it, our thoughts about ourselves are often permeated by stigmatization. Come and share this evening about all the pleasant and less pleasant thoughts about your bi+ identity.
The bi+ discussion groups at Praktijk Medemens are for everyone who is (perhaps) attracted to more than one gender.
In a safe, respectful setting, we have a group discussion about our attractions. Everyone is welcome, you don't have to explain or prove anything. We share experiences, find recognition in each other, and reflect on our bi+ feelings – big or small.
In a group of 2 to 7 participants and under the warm guidance of an (trained) experienced person, there is room for self-exploration, personal development, awareness, and being yourself.
