Very, very bad service, terrible.

The rudest manager I have ever encountered at a beach bar. The place was already understaffed, which meant the only server was curt and evasive. After waiting half an hour for any service, the grumpy manager made cutting remarks about the fact that we were no longer allowed to order from the lunch menu. That we were "not giving the kitchen any rest." At which point we immediately packed our things and left, but not before the irritated, sassy employee yelled angrily at us. We didn't say anything rude ourselves to provoke this. This is not how you treat your customers. My tip: go to Uluwatu next door. Polite service and friendly staff.

We have been coming to Beachclub One for years. Yesterday was no exception. Despite it being very busy, we were once again served with the utmost friendliness. The staff were working their socks off, but kept smiling and friendly. And the food was fine, as always.

We have been regulars here for a long time, but came for dinner for the first time tonight and it was really top-notch! Carpaccio with crispy bacon and truffle mayo, Prime steak tournedos with gravy and fried potatoes. Delicious as always. Service was as we have come to expect, super attentive. Definitely recommended!

On a sunny Sunday, my family and I decided to spend a day at the beach. We ended up at Beachclub One for a quick lunch. As soon as we walked in, we felt immediately at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and found us a table right away. After ordering drinks, we were given the menu. Everything was reasonably priced. We decided on a spicy chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad. Both dishes were delicious, and you could tell everything was super fresh. The portions were also generous. Filling, but not too heavy. Absolutely value for money! What really stood out was the service. It was quick, but we never felt rushed. And all with a friendly smile. While enjoying our food, we had a beautiful view of the beach. Beachclub One is clearly more than just a beach club. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a great day at the beach!

Poor service,it was almost empty and still we was wait 20min to order the drink and 20 min to pay the drink

I regularly come here for dinner or drinks with my girlfriends and family, and my children love it too. The staff is friendly, quick to serve, and you can always ask them for recommendations. My compliments also go to the kitchen. I have eaten just about everything by now, and every time I am pleasantly surprised!

Delicious chicken de luxe was recommended by the friendly girl named Luci, and it seems to be new on the menu. Delicious, I will definitely come back for that.

We had delicious fish and chips and burgers. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and wonderful relaxing music! A real treat. This isn't a beach club, but a full-fledged luxury restaurant!

Damn it, just paid 7 euros for a slice of carrot cake!!! Jeez, I feel so ripped off! NEVER AGAIN
