The traditional anniversary Friday invites you to Metelkova with a rich program and a joint entrance fee, the proceeds of which go to the fund for infrastructure, security, and general self-sufficiency, as much as is possible in these times.
On the summer terrace of Gala hala, three bands from three different scenes will perform first; Snojke, a relatively new, dreamy project by musician Matija Snoj, which is worth checking out if you haven't already; Trbovlje rockers morvern, who are by no means newcomers to the scene and have transformed their bedroom pop sound over the years into concrete garage rock; and Mrk, an interesting ensemble led by Slovenian drummer and composer Gaj Bostič, which brings together established musicians from Vienna, Ljubljana, and Basel in a project that grew out of the Young Researchers program (.abeceda).
At midnight, the electronic part of the evening begins in the hall.
