Dokudoc Documentary Workshop 2026

DOKUDOC DOCUMENTARY WORKSHOP 2026 in cooperation with Luksuz produkcija under the mentorship of Bela Bračko-Milešević is an intensive practical program aimed at creating a short documentary film – from the initial idea to the finished film.
Participants, divided into teams, become familiar with script development, working with professional equipment, field shooting under expert guidance, regular analysis of filmed material, and post-production throughout the entire production process.
🔹 On the last day of the festival, the created films will have their premiere on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 8:00 PM, in the Grand Hall of the Maribor Puppet Theatre.🔹

The number of places is limited to 10. After receiving your application, we will inform you about the workshop program.
The workshop is held in cooperation with Luksuz produkcija and the Youth Cultural Center Maribor with the financial support of the Slovenian Film Centre and the City Municipality of Maribor, and in partnership with the Association of Slovenian Directors and the Association of Slovenian Film Creators.

Bela Bračko-Milešević (Varaždin, 1995) completed her undergraduate studies in cultural studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka and her master's degree in documentary directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb.
