Magnifico is one of the most recognizable Slovenian musicians and authors who has marked the broader musical landscape with his unique style – a blend of Balkan, Latin, reggae, and pop influences. He gained recognition with his first albums and later achieved wider recognition with hits, film music (Montevideo), and the Eurovision song Samo ljubezen. His charisma, humor, and socially engaged lyrics have earned him loyal fans. In 2024, he celebrated his 30-year career, and in 2025, he released the album Alpe Adria Club.
On stage, he is accompanied by a permanent top-notch band: Aleksander Pešut – Schatz! (drums), Jan Gregorka (bass), Luka Ipavec (trumpet), Jan Jarni (guitar), Matija Krečič (violin), and Matej Kužel (saxophone), who together create a recognizable and energetic concert sound.
