Borec literat is a poetry collection that captures the pulse of a person, landscape, and time with sincere language and direct expression. The poems originate from the margins – geographical, social, and intimate – and highlight Goričko, the countryside, work, love, faith, doubt, and relentless transience. In his verses, the author combines narrative, folk tradition, and personal confession, with words becoming a tool of resistance against indifference, oblivion, and inner numbness. This is poetry of everyday struggles: with oneself, with the world, and with history, but also poetry of hope, humor, and warmth. Borec literat is not just a collection of poems, but a tribute to language, place, and the perseverance of the creative spirit.
