The 33rd birthday celebration will culminate on Friday, when a joint entrance fee will be available for all clubs, which will all offer a diverse and rich festive program. As usual, the proceeds will go towards infrastructure expenses and security costs for the Metelkova courtyard.

PSYCHEDELICS
A trio that cultivates the tradition of guitar psychedelic music with alternative sonic spices. Dreamy and soft, yet socially critical, sharp, and biting as the Karst bora wind. They are local, Metelkova proponents of spontaneous psychedelic guitar music. As a trio, they have been creating on the Kras-Ljubljana route for years and have previously collaborated in various musical combinations, such as with the bands Kraški solisti, Akami, nevem nevem, Samoč, and Tovariš strmoglavljen. It was with Tovariš strmoglavljen in this formation that the first joint songs were created in 2018. Their musical expression has evolved from its original hypnotic and repetitive form into a more homogeneous rhythmic-harmonic structure that is diverse, difficult to define, and skillfully evades genre limitations. Its red thread begins with impressive narrative and surreal lyrics that question the elementary existential questions of the individual and society. Psychedelavci are rarely seen on domestic stages, so it is all the more fitting that we honor our anniversary with them.
