Naturally with the forest, following the tracks of Franjo Pahernik / public guided tour / Opening of Radlje Castle

The Carinthian Regional Museum, the Museum Radlje ob Dravi, and the Municipality of Radlje ob Dravi invite you on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM to the grand opening of Radlje Castle.
After two years of renovation, Radlje is reopening its doors to visitors. You will be able to see the renovated 16th-century cultural monument and the new permanent exhibitions of the Museum Radlje ob Dravi and the Carinthian Gallery of Fine Arts.
At 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, there will be public guided tours of the permanent exhibitions: Naturally with the forest, following the tracks of Franjo Pahernik, We Learned for Life, and Opus Alchymicum by Miro Hajnc. The tours will be led by senior curator Alenka Verdinek and museum advisor Marko Košan. The grand opening of the castle and new exhibitions will follow at 6:00 PM. Accompanying musical program will be provided by Mateja Kremljak Hotko with guests.
The event will be held as part of the project Radlje Castle – cultural and forest center of the upper Drava valley.
