ARTIST OF THE MONTH / Uno.Tisto: Field Notes From the End of Nature
About the event
Field Notes From the End of Nature explores the intersection of folklore, imagination, and the Karst landscape, raising questions about how climate change is altering our relationship with nature. It takes as its starting point invisible beings that may never have existed but have, as a possibility, shaped collective imagination and our relationship with space throughout the centuries. Through motifs of extinction, adaptation, and coexistence, the exhibition contemplates the fragility of the natural environment and invites a reconsideration of the connections between humans and the world they inhabit, with both visible and invisible inhabitants.
Luka Lavrenci (1997), under the artistic name Uno.Tisto, works in illustration and graphic design, and in recent years has focused on exploring the creative potential of computer graphics and digital production. As a designer of characters and in multimedia projects, music videos, VR applications, and other hybrid creative fields, he regularly collaborates with publishers, editors, and creative agencies from Europe, America, and Asia.
