Sauna Thermas is a gay sauna at 46 Carrer de la Diputació in Barcelona, easy enough to find but discreet.
It’s what you expect from a gay sauna: clothing optional, modern, clean. The staff keeps it well-maintained, and it’s a good spot to relax and meet people without judgment. This isn't the kind of place that tries too hard, which is part of its appeal.
If you're in Barcelona and looking for a straightforward, no-fuss gay sauna, Thermas fits the bill. It’s got a steady local crowd, but tourists stop in, too.

The best thing is that there's usually a lot of respect among everyone... that's essential. It's true that the facilities need renovation. The shower cubicles especially need it, and some of the showers don't work or are cold. With a little more maintenance, Thermas Barcelona is really worth it. Please, company management, do everything possible to ensure the showers work properly. Thank you.
How can they not let girls in? How long will gay men keep excluding their female friends? I don't think it's right.
Hey guys. Pretty positive experience. If you're looking for a "brothel" type sauna, filled with artificial smoke, rock 'n' roll... this is it. Smells of herbal smoke, a small group of four very young guys in jeans and sneakers... yes, jeans and sneakers. Three other young trans women with very nice breasts, cigarettes in their mouths, long hair... very sexy but with the appearance of beautiful, very feminine women, very well done, actually. The small group of young men were doing lines of white stuff at the bar, even offering it to the bartender who refused. I said, right in front of everyone, no stress. ***** There's a large jacuzzi and another small, good-quality one, with the space transformed into a smoking area for the evening. This Sunday morning, there were at least 100 people there, guys and girls alike... Even though smoking and taking prohibited substances are forbidden... at the Thermas, no problem, anything goes. Come on, paid encounters!!! A maximum of at least 10 guys will politely offer you their services without bothering you. Honestly, the Thermas is a real MESS. I had a good evening and morning; the place was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly. The sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi were good quality, and the cabins were clean. In short, the sauna was good, but it's a shame it's so chaotic. It's really a real mess.
I had very good time. There were many handsome men and I got lucky two times. The place is clean and there's a lot of space. It's open 24h a day, that was perfect for me because my flight landed at 10.30am and my hotel room was not available until 3pm. Therefore I did not have to wait outside on a chilly rainy day.
