Highly recommended hotel. Our room was huge, with a lovely patio, the beds were very comfortable and large, everything was very clean, well-maintained, and very new. It's definitely worth it; we loved it.

Problems before my stay: - They charged the full amount before arrival when the contract didn't allow it. After I reported it, they refunded me. - They gave me the wrong directions via email. During my stay: - The bathroom conditions at check-in were as pictured. Poorly soundproofed rooms, not even a blanket in the room, with a green security light on the ceiling that couldn't be turned off and constantly disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was served in the most rude manner possible; in fact, I only used it on the first day. After my stay: - Upon check-in, I was told I had paid. I assumed this was the case and that they had charged my card like the first time, but that wasn't the case. Two weeks later, I received messages from them urging me to settle the payment. I made the transfer, and finally this terrible experience was over.

I can't comment on the hotel's quality because I couldn't go. I made a reservation that couldn't be canceled (I understand that), but I begged them to let me change the date, at least, but it was impossible. The reason I couldn't go to the hotel was the current high-risk situation in Valencia due to the DANA storm. I appreciate your understanding and effort. Thank you.

The room was very modern, but I was very disappointed to find a cockroach in the bathroom. I mentioned it at reception and they informed me that there was an infestation in the neighborhood.
