Do you want to connect with other LGBTQ+ people, and with yourself?

Whether you want every day wellbeing tools, a boost to your self-care, a chance to meet new folk or simply a space to feel connected, this group is for you.

Each month we’ll try out an activity like mindfulness, meditation, or exploring simple stress management tools. There’ll always be time for a cuppa and a chat. Since we’re right next to Leith Links, we’ll sometimes head outdoors for a gentle walk in nature.

We’re also hoping to bring in some brilliant community partners to offer free taster sessions like shiatsu, breathwork, and more.

Hey folks! We are working in partnership with the National Galleries to give you a guided tour of the Catherine Opie Exhibition. Join us in person for a fun afternoon out . It's a perfect chance to connect, explore amazing art, and hang with fellow queer community members.
