Conceptually, ‘Sisters’ was born in many different places at many different times. The weepy-ethereal-grunge-rock band first took form in Liverpool after five unsuspecting musicians who all moved for university to study music often found themselves ending up in a room together making music.

When Sisters hit the Liverpool scene it didn’t take them very long to get on the good side of audience members & promoters. In only one year they had their tracks played on BBC Radio, headlined Rough Trade & completed an east coast tour in America. They're coming off the back of a UK tour that spanned eight cities in the space of two weeks!

Touted as the premier post-punk band in the Scouse underground scene & named ‘ones to watch’ by Future Yard following a headline show to launch their brand new 'a state of it (all)' plus a string of high profile supports including Big Joanie, Lou Barlow (Dinosaur Jr), Loose Articles & Skating Poly.
