Drop-in ear acupuncture based on NADA, an ear acupuncture protocol that may help with withdrawal symptoms, trauma coping, anxiety, depression, and overall grounding.
Available for all interested Sherbourne Health clients. NADA Circle runs Mondays from 3 – 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
