About the event

Embodying Authentic Self: Healing, Identity, and Resilience Presenter: Melissa Rosenberger, LCSW This talk offers a supportive, affirming space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals to explore identity, healing, and self-expression. Through a blend of guided reflection, somatic practices, and group connection, participants will be invited to reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom, strength, and truth. We will gently explore themes of authenticity, resilience, and navigating societal pressures while honoring each person’s unique journey. Grounded in trauma-informed and inclusive practices, this experience emphasizes safety, choice, and empowerment. Participants will leave with practical tools for self-regulation, self-compassion, and embodied confidence, as well as a deeper sense of connection to themselves and community. Allies are welcome to attend with openness and respect. Whether you are early in your journey or well along your path, this space is created to be seen, supported, and celebrated exactly as you are.
