Housing Help from Community Housing Network

Individuals who are currently homeless, sleeping on the streets, living in unsafe conditions, or facing mental health challenges can get help finding affordable housing solutions. Meet with the PATH Outreach Team from Community Housing Network for personalized support and resources every third Monday of the month.
Participants must be 18 years or older. Appointments are on a walk-in basis.
