No matter who you are – whether lesbian, non-binary, queer, different, undefined, or straight – your voice counts with us.
Behind this choir name are singing and mood-loving women of different ages – with love for women, with or without children, with or without a partner. But all with a love for music and singing.
Together we create a program. We write lyrics, choreograph, use the stage, and sing. We use popular music from different eras and adapt the lyrics to our world of experience. This can be romantic, quirky, profound, political, obvious, twisted, and then again very purposeful.
Musica Lesbiana – a fixture of the queer music scene since 1998. We travel to festivals nationally and internationally and are always ready to welcome new singing women* into our midst.
