About the venue
Mother is a queer bar on 16th Street in the Mission, a short walk from the 16th Street BART station. It draws a mixed, younger queer crowd, with DJs, drag and themed nights doing more of the work than a fixed format. It is closer to a neighbourhood bar with a dance floor than a big club…
“Amazing space - love the vibe and reminder cash only :)” — Kenny tan, Google
“Good beer on tap, and lots of wholesome queer punk energy. I've never ran into any haters here, just good vibes.” — Tom Slankard, Google
