Rhythm is the basic principle of life: heart, circulation, breathing, cyclical changes like day and night. Something that plays a role both inside and outside of us every day, even without music. Drumming offers a good opportunity to internalize this rhythm, to feel one's own strength, to relax, play, dive in, listen or dissolve. An invitation to get to know new, mostly unfamiliar sounds, instruments and techniques that strengthen rhythm perception in the connection of the group and can also be good for "letting off steam". Welcome to journeys of discovery into free play and drum choreographies. The group is ongoing and also suitable for beginners.
