Sunday Meditation Circle

Hello! Welcome to the Meditation Circle! We meet outdoors at La Madera Park on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, starting at 9 am.

We will meet at the east side parking lot, which is on East Plaza Drive. Look for the Pride flag under the tall shade trees. Bring a chair to be comfortable.

The meditation group starts with a guided meditation, followed by stretching in place and quiet meditation. The group format is flexible. All are welcome.
