Sauna Caracala

Great, but it lacks heaters; it's very cold in the winter.

I'd like to visit the sauna, but I have a few questions: 1- What is the predominant age range? 2- What is the entrance fee? 3- Does the sauna allow male prostitutes? 4- Have the problems reported by patrons been resolved?

I always receive excellent service, both at reception and at the bar. The place offers a massage service, paid separately, which I find very interesting. The rest area and the smoking area are well ventilated. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to replace the lockers with newer models (I had one that was difficult to open and close) and reactivate the hot tub.

Few patrons, mostly older adults, but there were a few lost youngsters; saunas, showers, and bar were decent. Tip: bring your own flip-flops; they lend them, but they're bad.

Very good sauna, Cacarala, and great. But there's no water to turn on the hot tub. Where's the water? Do you open the hot tub and then close it? I have doubts about the days it's open to turn on the water. Why! Are you afraid of the coronavirus? Forget it, it's over, take off your mask, and now it's 2023 and still no water in the park! Everyone has already done the COVID-19 tests, negative. Boss, you don't need to be afraid, think about the coronavirus and forget about it... Boss, please! Open the hot tub and turn on the water every day, or do I prefer Saturday and Sunday? No need to be afraid, I'm sure I forgot... Today, we're free in 2023, it's already starting. Why! There's another sauna, Dumo, the hot tub is open, it's still open for 2 years. Sauna Cacarala, closed, it takes a long time to turn on the water in the hot tub. A pain.

I love this sauna.

I really liked the place, I used to go every weekend, but last week I went with my new boyfriend who is a trans man. Before going in, I asked if it was a problem, if he could come in without any issues. The doorman said yes. However, the employees started making fun of him, and even our friends saw it and told us. We left. They lost a customer because of prejudice. They need to train their employees better or ban trans people from entering. It was ridiculous. We spent money and the employees gossiped with other "known" customers.
