About this place AGLT
The Associação Goiana de Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais (AGLT), founded in 1997, is one of the longest-running LGBTQ+ advocacy organisations in Goiás. It has campaigned against homophobia and for LGBTQ+ rights across the state, part of a Goiânia activist tradition that dates back to the mid-1990s.
