The menu was very varied, with exotic flavors and bold dishes; everything was delicious. The wait was reasonable, and the service was excellent. It was a very pleasant experience, and the place is beautiful. I would like to return to try more of the menu items. They have gluten-free options and are aware of cross-contamination (the difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerance). The only downside was that it was a little difficult to spot from the street, as the entrance is somewhat hidden. Everything else was great.

Good food, you should arrive on time as the kitchen closes early. Delicious drink, I recommend the "Felices los 4" seafood paella.

I went about two years ago and ordered the "Felices los cuatro" (Happy Four), and today I ordered the same dish. It was finger-licking good, highly recommended. The seafood broth is incredible. The ceviche is exquisite, the service is excellent, and the food is spectacular.

Pola provided excellent and friendly service, accompanied by exquisite and beautifully presented food. I ordered the set menu (note: I recommend booking in advance, as they only offer a limited selection each day) and it was very good. I took their advice on dessert and it was the best part—a perfect ending to a visit I will definitely repeat.
