The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Miraflores, with plenty of nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. The front desk team is highly knowledgeable and provides excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The rooms are well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the convenience of having a dedicated WhatsApp number to communicate with the front desk at any time. The level of service was exceptional—Danilza, Nicole, Ailim, and Luz went above and beyond to ensure my stay with my son was truly enjoyable. Whether we needed ice, assistance with holding a package, or extra towels, every request was handled promptly with clear and seamless communication. Excellent location. You can walk everywhere. The room was comfortable, although the air conditioning was quite noisy. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel isn't bad, and it's well located for shopping. The breakfast is very basic and has a lot of artificial ingredients; I wouldn't recommend it. For the price, I'd eat breakfast out.

It's nice and quiet. I liked the comfortable bed. But the breakfast was very bland, and they don't have smart TVs in the rooms. I wanted to access my Netflix account, but there was only cable (DirecTV). P.S.: Please replace the air conditioner in room 201; it's not working.

The rooms are fine, but they lack the essential feature of a mini-fridge.
