Who is it for?
Everyone! Of all levels and all styles! If you are new to the community and curious, this is the ideal place to meet other enthusiasts and observe some tying. You will be in a safe environment, supervised by competent and experienced people.

What does this event look like?
In a zen and relaxing environment, people present can tie, watch rope scenes, talk, practice, and ask questions about Tension and tying in general. It is pressure-free for everyone to experience shibari the way they want. We play soft music, and offer water and sometimes tea at each practice. What do I need?
Nothing. Bring your enthusiasm and curiosity! If you have ropes, bring them too! Additional information for Tension students If you are currently taking classes at Tension, the person supervising the practice will be happy to check your techniques and give you some corrections (on the TK, for example).
