Inn at the Quay
Visitors frequently praise the Inn at the Quay's excellent location, with easy access to shopping, dining, and the Skytrain, as well as its friendly staff and clean rooms. However, a significant complaint concerns noise from the Quayside Tiki Bar, which some guests found disruptive late into the night, despite staff awareness.

Great hotel in a charming area of the city. Lots of great shopping within walking distance.
Great location, excellent staff, great views. However, Ignoring city noise bylaws 10 pm-7 am The new Quayside Tiki BAR noise, loud music makes for a " no sleep " until after 1 AM stay at the once peaceful Inn at the Quay. Front desk new about the noise from Tiki BAR, but the Quayside Tiki BAR didn't comply. Just dont care. So, if you want a quiet place and a good night's rest , Inn at the Quay is unfortunately not a good option . Manager Cathy, probably should contact your hotel owners back east?
We really enjoyed our stay at Inn at the Quay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning and replenishment of all amenities. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to the SkyTrain, with easy access to Waterfront. We also loved the beautiful waterfront promenade, as well as the nearby cafés and market. A comfortable hotel with excellent service and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!
Boathouse restaurant is horrible. And the fridge was broken, and they did not fix it.
Great location with easy access to the Skytrain, local shops, and options for meals. Love the river-front location, offering great patios and an inviting walk to end your day. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, and rooms are impeccably clean. Will stay here again.
Great spot if you are wanting to adventure in the new westminster area. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean and quiet. The functional balcony was a great perk.
