Neighborhood Health (Casey Health Center)

Neighborhood Health is a nonprofit community health centre with clinics across Alexandria. The Casey Health Center at 1200 North Howard Street and the Mark Center site at 4850 Mark Center Drive (3rd floor) both offer HIV and STI testing, PrEP and post-exposure PEP, according to the CDC's NPIN directory. It is not an LGBTQ+ organisation as such, but it is where local resource lists send people for PrEP and testing in the city.
