Healthy Relationship Workshop Series

Presented by House of Ruth, this event is a multi-session series that builds skills around communication, active listening, conflict resolution, self-confidence, boundaries, self-care, social media and relationships, power and control, trust and accountability, and defining the relationships young people want and deserve. Participants can attend one session or multiple sessions on an ongoing basis.
