So helpful, excellent customer service.

I’ve been shopping here for the last four years and the service is almost always beyond disappointing. All the SA’s are on their phones most of the time and don’t even bother to greet you. A lot of the things in the store are expensive, and if you need time to mull it over it becomes a disappointment. I’ve had maybe one or two kind people but everyone else is low key racist. Also sometime most of the merchandise is knocked over and I’ve seen employees leave it be. I really only like the co-op floor. It’s the saving grace of this location. I’ve been shopping at the Barney’s in New York/San Francisco/ Boston / LA and have never had service like this. Lastly today when I walked in I was told that shoes wouldn’t even fit me without them binging out a pair for me to try on. I had to basically ask twice which should never be the case, and then was told to go to saint laurent down the street. While I walked in someone almost ran behind me to ask where I was going which was deeply disappointing. Idk I’m not happy.
