Good Hotel

I'd give it a zero if possible. No elevator: long stairways. No front desk. They do a background check and then give you a numeric pin for front door and room. Front door worked. Room pin pad was broken. It didn't let me enter a pin and then it said too many bad tries you're locked out for 10 minutes. And it's over a night club so no sleep when the club goes to all hours.

Our experience with this hotel was great. We found the check-in inductions easy to follow and understand. Our room was clean and in good shape (though the inside handle on the bathroom door was having issues). We were there on a Wednesday night, so the night club was not open and not an issue. We did appreciate the the hotel provided countermeasures for when it was open. Our deposit was refunded quickly and without issue, and throughout the process, the hotel management communicated often and well. The only real downsides were the lack of an elevator (not much can be done about that), and showers made of glass and open to the room. There was some frosting on the glass, but that wasn't enough. Nevertheless, a good hotel, and a great location if you're in town for anything involving Union Station.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel for a few months. Last time I stayed at this hotel, they stole my security deposit of $200. Months later, they stole another $200. Do NOT stay here. They will continuously steal from you. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! Update: -5 stars if possible. Ever since my LAST stay at this hotel, they have stolen over $600 from me!! I stayed here in November with my boyfriend and they took $200 from me then. Another $200 from me in December and ANOTHER $200 from me today. I have not been back, they keep your bank info and continuously take from you. At this point, I am involving the police. DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY WILL STEAL AND STEAL FROM YOU! Not just after check out, but every single month. This business needs to be shut down. This is my 3rd review.

Do not stay here!!! It is a torture chamber at night when the bass of the night club kicks you out of bed. In addition, the rooms smell weird, they rooms are not isolated, and the service is horrible.

“Good” is an exaggeration, stay away from this place. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Be prepared to walk up to 4 floors to your room with luggage. No elevators, No reception desk. It’s got an old weird smell. Have you ever had a bad experience checking into an AirBnb well this is worse. For $30 more a night choose any other place. My 2 cents.

I don’t recommend staying here. The owner tried to scam us. The bathroom was already damaged when we arrived, yet the owner attempted to keep our $200 deposit and blamed us for it. On top of that, the room was dirty, and we even found dog hair on the bedding.

They charged me $200 dollars for a security deposit for a broken sink that was already broken upon my arrival. None of the light fixtures worked so either all of the lights were on or none of them were. The door to the bathroom didn’t close because the door was improperly sized. One of the windows didn’t have any curtains or even a rod so the sun glared through that window. Stay somewhere else!

Let me start the review out with the hotel is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. If you go into that mindset it changes things a lot. 1. There is no one present on site (Airbnb's also have no one on site) 2. It is code access from outside and to the room. 3. They sent many texts and emails explaining how to access the room. 4. I side the room was a mini bar and everything you would need to ask the front desk for. I own a hotel and it has given me much to think about. 5. The worst part of the experience was there was kind of really worn towels but they were still ok to be used. 6. I checked the bed a great deal because I saw reviews that there could be bed bugs. I saw none. 7. Inside the bathroom and bedroom was very modern. 8. The price was great for what I received. 9. Only saw one other guest the entire time I was there. All in all I would stay again.

Do not do it. We wanted to stay here to be close to Union station to go a football game. The room was not clean, dirt in the shower, “ash” on the bedsheet, door was spray painted like someone broke in, shower glass was taped, toilet was dirty, among other things. We got there at 5 pm and the nightclub downstairs had the bass turnt up and people were smoking weed right outside. thought the low stars would be fine but it was not. We weren’t even there for an hour and ending up staying elsewhere. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Sent photos to the manager and was accused of the photos not being from the room. What?! It’s a scam don’t do it. Just don’t.

SCAM!!! Do not stay here! I have never left a review until now. Scammed out of $300. asked for a refund and was told by booking they can change the policy for me and sent an email. Hotel is saying they don’t wanna give me my money back. Do not stay here!!!

Found this place via Airbnb - the host made me pay a $200 “refundable” deposit that was supposed to be processed the next day - it’s been almost a month and I had to contact Airbnb support to get them to refund me. Still working to get my refund. I feel scammed. Stay away!
