Good Hotel
Some visitors praise the rooms for being super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a smooth contactless check-in process. However, several guests report significant issues with cleanliness, including dirt and bugs, and others experienced problems with the contactless check-in system not providing necessary instructions or broken room entry codes.

If I could give this 0 stars I would not hesitate. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and grime in the shower and bugs present in the room. The overall condition of the space did not meet basic cleanliness standards and made us uncomfortable staying there. Because of the cleanliness issues, my boyfriend and I ended up leaving the room that same night and finding somewhere else to stay. To make matters worse, while we were still paying for the reservation, the host allowed another guest to stay in the same room. We felt this was completely unacceptable, especially given that we had already paid for the accommodation. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. We would not recommend this Airbnb to others and hope the host addresses both the cleanliness concerns and how guest issues are handled in the future.
No frills hotel with super clean, extremely comfortable and beautiful rooms. There is no front desk but check-in was a breeze as they send you codes to enter the building and room. If you need anything you contact them via txt and they respond. I stayed here on weekday so couldn’t hear the club below. Wish more hotels operate this way to keep costs down. Would stay here again.
I lost over $1,000 on this reservation even though I cancelled less than 24 hours after booking and more than three weeks before the scheduled check-in date. That is an extremely frustrating amount of money to lose for a room I never stayed in, especially when the cancellation was made almost immediately. I understand that the reservation was marked as non-refundable, but I was very disappointed that neither the property nor Expedia was willing to offer any refund, partial refund, or future stay credit. There was no flexibility or customer goodwill at all, despite how early the cancellation was made. Future guests should be very careful before booking here. If there is any chance your plans may change, be aware that even cancelling within 24 hours of making the reservation could still mean losing the entire amount you paid.
First, rooms are nonrefundable, so watch for that. It's above a nightclub, which I didn't know until we had arrived and was not mentioned in the Expedia listing. Luckily it was summarily shut down, but for $200 a night and an extra $200 "security deposit", it should've been mentioned in the listing (the security deposit also was not mentioned). The rooms were fine. Check in was a pain, we never got our room number so we had to call in to an overseas receptionist as they have no receptionist onsite. Their video showing you how to get in also shows conflicting information several times. The TV was going out, incredibly dim and the edges had lines. Location is convenient, but at the cost of staying in this place. If they cut their prices in half it'd be fair, but I've been incredibly mislead and forked out $600 for a two night stay. Spend the extra money to find something better.
In the heart of the LoDo district and easy walks to music, art, shopping, dining and sports.
Save yall self the headaches from this place
Do NOT book here. It’s contactless check in, and we never received an email with check in instructions. The door was locked and said ‘check email for check in instructions.’ No number to contact, no help. Still have no received any info to get in our room
