Cafe Yehoshua

The food was great. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was pleasant. I must say that the acoustics in the place are excellent. You can easily have a conversation, even though the place is full and there is background music playing. I was lucky enough to sit at the bar, not far from the restaurant manager, who recommended which dishes to order. He was very nice and courteous. A real gentleman:-) On a joint recommendation from him and his partner, I ordered the first dish on the menu: chicken tempura served with curry sauce. A wonderful dish, highly recommended. After that, I felt like eating something else. He recommended that I order the roast beef bruschetta. A dish rich in flavors. The bruschetta itself was wonderfully made, an amount of meat that is hard to find these days, and the sauces went perfectly with the meat and focaccia, which it turns out they make on site. Highly recommend:-)

Perfect place

Cute cafe on the famous Gaza Street in Jerusalem. Fun to sit outside and watch the cars and people passing by like in a movie. We had a fun breakfast there and a delicious shashlik. Recommended

The most delicious food. A pleasant place to sit, courteous service. And not expensive.

The mashed potatoes were delicious. The fish was incredible. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent—very tasty food. The only downside is that the tables are located outside on the sidewalk near the intersection—it's really uncomfortable to sit there. The constant noise from the cars and people walking on the sidewalk bumping into the chairs makes it uncomfortable to walk or sit in those seats. The inside of the restaurant is much nicer.

Lovely place, good atmosphere. We were 4 adults and two children. Everyone really liked the food they ordered. Large and delicious portions, good service
