Caveat on the 5/5 atmosphere rating, this is the place to go when youre looking for a certain vibe i.e. locals, karaoke, pool, darts, inexpensive: ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️. Love the DoDrop for what it is, and what it isn't.

Darts are amazing. Service is up and down as well food quality. But Darts experience in the back room is solid. I sincerely appreciate them putting that much effort into Darts for us older folks.

Its a fun little bar, the people are all pretty chill, the bartender Eve and barback Sam are amazing people. The Karaoke is fun there, all different styles and levels but everyone is encouraging and kind. Prices are great, kitchen is closed right now but I heard they are renovating it so that will be nice. Pool tables, dart boards and sports on tv. Walk in for your first time and you'll leave knowing most of the people there.

Extremely disappointed. I have lived here all my life. I am very familiar with the Do Drop. The bartender was very uninviting. I did not feel welcome the second I walked into the bar. I actually left my beer and went to the South Gate Tavern. The bartender was very rude. Don't waste your time at the Do Drop. There are other bars in layton that would love your service and treat you better than this dive bar. The bartender needs to educate herself on Utah law.

Went in on a Saturday night with a couple friends after talking up the bar so much over the years. The bartenders argued over who should serve us cause we wanted to order 3 Bloody Mary's. (Used to be my favorite place that made them ) While making them the bartender complained why people would come into a bar on Saturday and order 3 Bloody Mary's. Tipped him really well though the vibe was trash. Used to love this place. Now seems like different crowd not very welcoming. Felt like a burden just to go there. Though live very close I won't be coming back or trying to get friends to go there again.
