Bonfire Country Bar

I'd liked this Bar for more than 8 years or so because of the good atmosphere, drinks, music and specially for the 5-stars service...

The bartenders are genuinely the sweetest women!! every time I come there they are working so hard give them a raise 🫶💋

A really nice bar to visit and cheap beers for 4 dollars between 4pm to 7pm Worth a visit

Overall it was great. We had tacos, Fries and wings. Of course had the free bacon as well. Our server was helpful and pleasant. It was a little difficult to find using Waze. Took us to the wrong street.

WTH! We were greeted at the door, sat down, and there was no bartender at the bar. We sat for a few minutes, still nobody. The bartender came in from outside, went to the restroom, saw us sitting at the bar, and went back outside. I know it's slow, but that is even more of a reason to take care of the few customers you do have. We left. Dewey's down the street plays country music too and they are attentive.

Loved the atmosphere of the bar. Good food. Go during Happy hour and you get free bacon.

As someone who works within the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers, I visited your establishment on a regular comfortable crowd Thursday evening with my group and while I may be a bit old school in preferring to use cash when out as it is less common in today’s world, I still expect it to be handled properly. While I appreciate how challenging it can be to serve, I was disappointed by the conduct of your female bartender. After serving my group’s round of drinks and placing my cash on the counter, she later returned and lifted the change from the counter into her ice bucket, even though we had remained at the same spot and were settling in. When questioned on the whereabouts of the cash, she took her time to review and eventually return the cash but did so by throwing it back rather than handling the situation in a professional manner. Upon further checking, it was found that the exact amount was not returned. It left a sour taste on our group. In hospitality, respectful service remains the foundation of good guest relations. A bartender is entrusted not only with preparing drinks but also with handling money accurately from the time it is placed on the counter until the customer leaves, ensuring that every guest feels respected.
