Great service, very accommodating and attentive. The view was outstanding, beds very comfortable, AC amazing! Very happy with our stay.

Definitely doesn’t give 5 star hotel. It’s not on the water either. You have to cross the street and you have to take a nasty back elevator. The connection bridge over the street is broken. The pool is very small and over run by small children.

Absolutely rundown. The lights in my 2 bedroom didn't work. The toilets didn't work and there was mold in the rooms. The front desk and upper management did nothing to help. Absolutely horrifying.

Stay away from this hotel. It's run down!! The lights were not functioning properly throughout the rooms • The toilets were not working properly • The water system was malfunctioning • The room had clearly not been cleaned or dusted in what appeared to be months • There was hair all over the floors • Dust covered the tables and chairs, which was evident both by touch and by the difficulty breathing in the space • The second room where my sister stayed had a strong smell of mold • One of the bedrooms in the two-bedroom suite had a faulty door lock that locked us inside the room The phones were working the night we arrived, and we used them to call the front desk multiple times to request help and to have our rooms changed due to these unacceptable conditions. We were promised that a manager would call us to address the situation. Despite these assurances, no manager ever called us back, and we were forced to sleep in those deplorable conditions. When we woke up the next morning, the phones were no longer working at all. Your security manager came to the room, took detailed notes, and confirmed all of these issues. He also confirmed that another couple had previously gotten stuck in the same room with the faulty door lock prior to our stay. This means The Ritz-Carlton was aware of this dangerous safety hazard and still placed guests in that room. These deplorable conditions directly impacted my family's health and well-being.

A wonderful hotel. Staff will bend backwards to make you satisfied. Great view of the ocean. Make sure to use the Spa and treat yourself to a massage. The lounge level will spoil you.

The hotel is magnificent, right on the seafront. The rooms have spectacular ocean views with stunning sunrises, and the rooms are very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. A special mention to Maria for my pedicure and manicure at the spa, and another special mention to Chell for my hair and the reception staff. Everyone at the pool—Gisèle, Jimmy, Jonathan, Ryan, LG, and others I'm forgetting—will know who they are. The Ritz lemonade is excellent! 👌 The meals are also a true 5-star experience. ☀️🏝️
