Sgsc Turns 1! | Queer First Birthday Picnic – Syd

Our first birthday gets the picnic-rug treatment, this time in the evening!
This is a members-only first birthday picnic for gays, gals and theys, with a relaxed Saturday evening catch-up outdoors. We’re celebrating a year of the club with conversation, not compulsory party games.
Pack your own picnic bites, something to sip and a rug, then settle in for a yarn. Your supermarket dip does not need a birthday makeover. Sharing is optional, and please check allergies and dietary needs before offering food around.
Coming solo or joining your first club event? You’re welcome to get a hand with introductions when you arrive, then ease into the conversation at your own speed. There’s no formal activity schedule or forced icebreaker, and you don’t need a year’s worth of club history to join the birthday.
Come solo. Come curious. Come exactly as you are.

Arriving within the check-in window helps ensure the best experience for both yourself and other members.
Your host’s contact number will be included in your event reminder email and should only be used on the day of the event if you need assistance locating the group or require support during the event. $10 no-show fee applies. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP so another member has the opportunity to join.
