About the event
Join us for the Hill Sprints with Toni 🥰
On November, 17, we will meet at u kleistpark at 18:30, run easy 1 km. Then we will do a warm up session with stretching and some drills to prepare perfectly for the hill sprints.
The main set will be 4x250m hill sprints and 4x150m hill sprints and will run back to u kleistpark.
After the run we‘ll have a coffee together.
