What would Martin Luther do today? Where would he nail his 95 theses? The Luther Museum and the Diaconie of the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation in Amsterdam are launching a new prize this year: the Contemporary Reformers Prize – or 'Reformer of the Year'. On Saturday, October 31st, the Lutheran Church on Spui will be filled with music and social innovation during a musical festival. The very first Contemporary Reformers Prize will be awarded here. This prize brings the Lutheran way of thinking into the present and honors someone who makes a difference today. Expect an inspiring afternoon full of theatrical concerts, stories, and cultural cross-pollination.
