Dalston Superstore Presents: the Good Law Project

SATURDAY 10TH OCTOBER: We’re supporting The Good Law Project’s legal challenge against the UK government’s transphobic statutory guidance. The Supreme Court ripped up the Equality Act without hearing a single trans voice. We believe what has followed in the aftermath of this decision has put the UK in breach of its obligations under the Human Rights Act & the European Convention of Human Rights.
The Good Law Project are supporting a trans person & a trans-inclusive organisation to challenge the code of practice. The fundraiser is for both domestic and international cases, if necessary all the way up to the European Court of Human Rights.
