About the venue
Roxy is listed as an LGBTQ+ bar and club on Rua 87 in Setor Sul, a nightlife area of central Goiânia. Its only online presence is an Instagram account, which is where events and open nights are posted. Its Google reviews are mixed (3.5 from about 500)…
“The bar is overcrowded; it takes a long time to buy any drink. Since paying more waiters is expensive, one option is to lower the price of beer, draft beer, and ice drinks a bit, encouraging the consumption of these beverages, which are served quickly, instead of elaborate shots and cocktails that take a long time to prepare.” — Flávio de Lima, Google
“We went to a party and another one started. There was supposed to be pop music on a dance floor that never opened, and we had to listen to funk music until we couldn't anymore.” — Pedro Augusto, Google
