The Brightest Most Shiniest Star You Ever Did See
About the event
When Salem Lutheran Church’s 1997 Christmas Pageant is cancelled, it is up to Gloria to step up to the plate and serve a genuine home-cooked experience–including some good ol’ hymns and church stories (with a splash of sass). The Brightest Most Shiniest Star You Ever Did See is a joyful, drag adjacent holiday comedy that celebrates the brightest people in our lives. The Brightest Most Shiniest Star You Ever Did See is the first play in the Gloria in excelsis Trio Trilogy.First developed as a part of Verb Theatre’s 24/25 Queer & Trans Playwrights Unit.
