POSE Club

POSE is a gay dance club in the Guanyinqiao area of Jiangbei, run by the team behind the popular POSE club in Chengdu. It draws a young, mixed LGBTQ+ crowd for themed party nights and weekend dancing, and is one of the easier places in Chongqing to socialise openly within the scene. Like most queer venues in the city it keeps a low public profile — there is no street signage advertising it as a gay club — so it is usually found through friends, dating apps or Chinese social media. Expect a lively weekend atmosphere and a welcoming door.
