The rooms were way worse than expectations, bathrooms have no mats, door knobs loose and hard to open. I've booked 2 rooms, 1 of which was a suite room, for 2 days. I experienced more inconvenience here than I've had in many hotels which seem to be worse on paper. This hotel doesn't match the expectation or what's advertised. More importantly they do not allow outside food, which they fail to mention while we book rooms, we found out after ordering food. They should atleast have the courtesy to let us know while we book rooms. And also, horrible experience with the staff.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing – Avoid This Place!I am highly disappointed with my stay at Hotel LA, New Delhi. Despite advertising itself as a 4-star property, the actual experience is completely substandard, unhygienic, and overpriced. Here are the critical issues I faced:Nasty & Moldy Rooms: The cleanliness is terrible. The room has visible mold, the walls are dirty, and it feels highly unhygienic.Broken Amenities: The television in the room is completely disconnected and non-functional.Terrible Service & Ridiculous Charges: The service is deeply disappointing. They actually charged me extra just for basic ice cubes, which is unheard of for a supposedly premium hotel.Hostile Guest Policy: They refused to let a personal guest visit me in my room, even for just a few minutes.Constant Harassment: Even though I have an authorized room key, the staff demands to see my ID every single time I walk in and out of the building. This repetitive questioning is intrusive and feels like harassment. This hotel is far too expensive for the terrible conditions and hostile service they provide. Save your money and book elsewhere. (I am attaching photos of the mold, dirty walls, and broken setups for proof).

This is a terrible hotel; they don't even provide complimentary milk for a child. It is absolutely rubbish. The staff are very rude, and they don't allow outside food. My experience was awful.
