If you're looking for a sauna or capsule hotel in the Osaka/Umeda area, this is my first recommendation. I've used it many times, and I'm truly impressed by its excellent cost performance and comprehensive service. First, the price is very reasonable. Despite the low price, the facility is kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Considering its location in Umeda, this price is incredibly attractive. Recently, they've started offering free late-night ramen, which is a nice touch – you can enjoy a warm bowl of ramen after a sauna or bath. I'm always impressed by these customer-focused service improvements. The facilities are excellent, and towels are freely available, so you can easily visit even without bringing anything. In the dining area, you can enjoy not only water but also tea, so you won't have any trouble rehydrating after your sauna. And what surprised me personally was the high level of the massage. Their skill is exceptional, and it really relieved my body's fatigue. Combining it with the sauna makes for a truly refreshing experience. Because it's a popular facility, reservations can be very difficult to obtain, especially on Saturdays. Depending on the timing, desired dates may be booked up even a month in advance, so early reservations are recommended if you are considering using this facility. The sauna, baths, accommodation, meals, and relaxation services are all of a high standard, making it a facility that you would say is "the place to go in Osaka's Umeda area." I would like to use it again whenever I visit Osaka. Thank you very much.

Upon closer inspection, the water dispenser was incredibly dirty. The water outlet was also stained brown, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned at all. Other than that, I have no particular complaints.
